Portfolio Restaurant at The Art Institute of Seattle

Each year, the Washington Wine Commission recognizes restaurants that exhibit strong support of Washington wines and high standards in wine service. The Commission presents its annual Washington Wine Restaurant Awards to those establishments that most prominently feature and showcase the wine regions of Washington State. During the Grand Tasting in 2007 at the W Hotel, Culinary Director Ian Mackay and Restaurant Manager Dieter Schafer accepted the certificate.
