“Five To Six” Wine Tasting with Sommelier Dieter Schafer
Wine Educator Dieter Schafer invites you to Taste a Little, Learn a Lot.
Taste Five to Six wines from Washington and France while you enjoy hors d’oeuvres... and perhaps stay for dinner.
Each session, Dieter not only guides you through the tasting, he will speak about the wines’ grape varieties, the local viticultural areas and French appellations where the wines come from, offer food & wine matches, and more.
April 27: Champagne and Sparkling
May 4: Cabernet and Merlot
May 11: Syrah and Grenache
May 18: Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon
May 25: Rosés
