The Portfolio Restaurant is open to the public
January 22nd to March 21st Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 5:30pm - 7:00pm.
We will be closed Friday February 20th in honor of President’s Day.
Chef Instructor is David Wynne, CCC, M.Ed and the Restaurant Manager is Paul Charbonnier.

The Portfolio Restaurant serves as an educational dining lab for 6th-term
culinary art students at The Art Institute of Seattle.
These students present a tempting multi-course menu emphasizing fresh
seasonal favorites, prepare all of your courses and serve you, too.
