The Art Institute of Seattle joins The Art Institutes system of schools across the nation in celebrating the talents of local high school arts and media educators with an April gallery show, “What Those Who Teach Can Do.”
“We’re honoring what educators in our community do by hosting their work in our gallery” said Elden Monday, president of The Art Institute of Seattle. “Teachers work tirelessly to cultivate the skills of our area’s high school students. The show is our way to shine a light on the talents they use every day to inspire.”
Select educators from the following highs schools will have their work on display: Auburn, Bainbridge, Bellevue Christian, Bremerton, Cascade, Emumclaw, Hazen, Highline HS3, Juanita, Kings, Lakes, Lincoln, Meadowdale, Mercer Island, Newport, North Kitsap, Seattle Prep, Shoreline Christian, South Kitsap, Tahoma Senior High School, and Timberlake.
