I’ve always believed that anyone can do anything they want to do as long as you set your mind to it. The harder you try the further you’ll get. If you don’t try, you’re not going to get very far. It’s all up to you and how much effort you want to put into anything.

All the students here are artists. We all have are own to offer to the art world. I don’t think I’m really any different from any other students here. We all love our work and that’s why we’re choosing to do it.

It’s not only your talent and skills. Attitude is a must – you have to have a good attitude. Instructors stress to be courteous. You’re working with artists and you have to use your skills…sometimes there is a little psychology involved but your attitude has to be really good to make everything go smoothly.

I’ve got a purpose for what I’m doing. When I put a line down I know what I’m doing rather than just radical movement or radical thought. I know exactly what I want to do now. That comes from paying attention to your instructors and really listening.
