Teamwork

I’ve learned from other students and teachers. Find that person who can be your buddy and help you and you’ll be a lot better off. That’s the point of the whole industry anyway – meeting people. It’s hard to do it on your own. The friends you meet at school, not only do you benefit from their help but they benefit from you.

You need to know what your strengths and weaknesses are. It’s hooking up with good people. Knowing what you’re not good at or what you could use help with and then combining that with people that are good.

I’m a very quiet, introverted person so team projects force me to get out there. You share a certain bond. We feed off of each other’s creativity.

You’re always going to be working around someone, so it’s important. I try to pull my weight.

Video is teamwork. Teamwork is integral – you have to know how to communicate with people. Be open to all perspectives – you’re all working toward the same goal.
