More about what makes our Student Housing different:
•    On average students range in age between 17-40 years old
•    No rental history is required, and you establish rental history when you live with us
•    We are located just 5 short blocks from campus
•    Costs include furniture, utilities, laundry, WIFI, student lounge & activities

License Agreement

A separate contract called a License Agreement is required for students living in Student Housing.  We encourage all interested students to read this sample agreement which includes rules and regulations.

School-Sponsored Housing at The Art Institute of Seattle is a great complement to your college education.

Student Housing is not required for student at The Art Institute of Seattle, therefore the cost is in addition to tuition and fees.  Apartment pricing and terms and conditions may change without prior notice. Your assignment packet provides you the current pricing as well as current terms and conditions for student housing at The Art Institute of Seattle.

Area Housing and Transportation
It is important to choose a living arrangement that supports your education while attending The Art Institute of Seattle.  Many of our students relocate from out of the area, or would like to avoid a long commute and move closer to the college.  Resources for housing and transportation options in the area are available for students who choose to reside outside of our Student Housing.  Visit the Student Affairs Department at the North Campus or contact the Housing Department for more information.
