Student Employment

While you are in school, there is a Student Employment Advisor who provides support and assistance to help you secure part-time employment. This is done through career fairs and individual advising in the areas of résumé and job application preparation. Job leads for part-time work are available through the Student Employment Advisor, on the Student Affairs website and posted by the Career Services Centre.

Our Career Services advisors are committed to each student's success. They are excited about the fields they work in and that excitement reaches you and helps you in your job search. We actively assist students in finding entry-level positions upon graduation. Here are just a few of the ways we help:

  • Instruction in and assistance with job search skills including resume writing and job application preparation, interview techniques, portfolio presentation, and network development
