Maple Place Towers

Maple Place Towers consists of two apartment towers and a townhouse complex. The complex is approximately 25 years old and has been a rental building since its inception. The property itself is located on an end block and features a park-like setting. The area is an older and established neighbourhood and consists largely of families. Both towers are rented out to the general public as well as to The Art Institute of Vancouver.

Location

The Maple Place Towers complex is located at 7351/7361 Halifax Street. The distance of the complex is approximately 6km from The Art Institute of Vancouver’s Burnaby campus. Public transportation picks up and drops off steps from the entrance to the complex and provides easy access to two Skytrain stations. Around the corner within walking distance, you will find a mini-mall with a grocery store, pizza place, etc… There are also golf courses, tennis courts, and parks nearby.

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments for 2 students (750 sq ft)

2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments for 4 students (920 sq ft)
