Every student is here to learn from the experienced faculty. They've come for industry skills and the connections they'll get. But they're also here for the gear: the equipment and resources it takes to create a professional end result. The Art Institute of Vancouver has two convenient locations in the Greater Vancouver area.

Renfrew

The Renfrew campus is a new, purpose-built, two-story structure located at 2665 Renfrew Street, adjacent to the Renfrew SkyTrain station. The Renfrew campus was master planned and developed specifically for the school by Vancouver-based MCM Interiors, who won the 2006 Interior Designers Institute of BC (IDI) Award of Excellence for their work with Electronic Arts.  This conveniently located building features increased library and student lounge spaces, and is specifically built to strict environmental requirements. The Media Arts programs, which were previously housed at our Burnaby campus, moved to the the Renfrew campus in summer 2010, bringing the student space to a total of 80,000 square feet.

The International Culinary School

The International Culinary School is located at 609 Granville Street, on the corner of Dunsmuir Street, in downtown Vancouver. The school is attached to the Pacific Centre Mall and has administration, classrooms / lecture facilities and three fully equipped industrial kitchens on the third floor. On the ground floor is Culinaria, our school run 40-seat bistro-style restaurant, where supervised students perfect their skills in creating and serving dishes to diners.
