Culinaria Restaurant

Proudly operated by The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Vancouver, Culinaria restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, on the corner of Granville and Dunsmuir Streets.

Culinaria's evolving menu features an enticing selection of dishes, from Pacific North West favourites to international fusions, inspired and created by our chefs-in-training.

Culinaria allows our students to master all aspects of restaurant and culinary arts under the leadership of industry professionals, whilst showcasing the talents and creativity of the culinary program's senior students.

Culinaria is open for lunch from Monday to Friday, from 11:30 am to 1:30pm and for dinner Wednesday to Friday, from 5:30pm to 8:30pm. The restaurant is available for private evening functions. We offer kitchen rentals and Cook and Learn events; weekly and monthly bookings will be considered.
