Nestled in Vancouver’s premier shopping mall Pacific Centre and adjacent to the prestigious Holt Renfrew, sits the Culinaria restaurant, one of Vancouver’s exciting dining experiences. Proudly operated by The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Vancouver, Culinaria features Pacific North West cuisine with an international flair inspired and created by student chefs under the leadership of industry professionals. Open for lunch Monday to Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., for dinner Monday to Friday, 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Culinaria is also available for evening private functions. Culinaria showcases the talents and creativity of the culinary program’s senior students in a contemporary dining environment.
