Housing License Agreement

*PLEASE READ THE HOUSING LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY and do not submit it unless you are 100 percent certain you want to commit to living in school-sponsored housing. The Housing License Agreement is a legally binding document and by signing, you are agreeing to live in student housing until the end date you specify (minimum three quarters). If you move out of student housing before the end of the term specified, it is considered a breach of contract and you will be financially responsible to continue payments as detailed in paragraph 4 of the Agreement.

It is recommended that students initially only sign their Housing License Agreement for the minimum three quarters with the option to renew when the Agreement expires.
