Take the I-64/US-13/I-664 ramp to Portsmouth/Norfolk/I-264. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for I-664 and merge onto I-664 South. Take exit 15A on the left to merge onto I-264 East toward Portsmouth/Norfolk. Take exit 17B for I-264/Independence Blvd. Keep left at the fork to continue toward S Independence Blvd/VA-225 and merge onto S Independence Blvd/VA-225. Turn right at Columbus St. Turn left at Town Center Drive. Turn right at Main Street.
 
From the North (Williamsburg)
Head south on S Boundary St/VA-31/VA-5 toward W Francis Street/VA-31/VA-5. Turn left at W Francis Street/VA-31/VA-5. Turn right at S Henry St/VA-132. Turn left at VA-199. Merge onto I-64 East via the ramp to Norfolk. Take the exit onto I-264 East toward Virginia Beach. Take exit 17B for I-264/Independence Blvd. Keep left at the fork to continue toward S Independence Blvd/VA-225 and merge onto S Independence Blvd/VA-225. Turn right at Columbus Street. Turn left at Town Center Drive. Turn right at Main Street.
 
From the East (Virginia Beach)
Head west on Laskin Rd/US-58 toward Pacific Ave/US-60. Turn left at Pacific Avenue/US-60. Turn right at 22nd Street. Continue on I-264 W (signs for Norfolk). Take exit 17B to merge onto S Independence Blvd/VA-225. Turn right at Columbus Street. Turn left at Town Center Drive. Turn right at Main Street.
 
From the Southwest (Chesapeake)
Head northeast on VA-165/Woodford Dr toward Battlefield Blvd S/VA-168 Bus. Turn left at Battlefield Blvd S/VA-165/VA-168 Bus. Continue to follow Battlefield Blvd South. Merge onto I-64 W via the ramp to Norfolk. Take exit 284B for I-264 toward Virginia Beach. Keep left at the fork to continue toward I-264 East. Keep left at the fork to continue toward I-264 East; merge onto I-264 East. Take exit 17B for I-264/Independence Blvd. Keep left at the fork to continue toward S Independence Blvd/VA-225 and merge onto S Independence Blvd/VA-225. Turn right at Columbus Street. Turn left at Town Center Drive. Turn right at Main Street.
