Parking & Transportation

Parking

Parking in the campus lot at 1409 Williams Road is on a first-come, first-serve basis for commuter students and employees. There are reserved spaces for handicapped individuals, visitors and employees. Students are restricted from parking in these reserved areas. A hangtag is required in order to park in the campus lot. There is no fee for the first hangtag, which is issued once a vehicle is registered. The Art Institute of York – Pennsylvania is not responsible for any damage done to vehicles resulting from parking on the campus lot or being towed off of the lot. Students and employees are advised not to leave valuables in their vehicle.

More detailed information about the parking policy and registering a vehicle may be obtained by contacting the Dean of Student Affairs.

Transportation
The Dean of Student Affairs assists students with transportation problems by providing information about bus service, and by facilitating car pools and ride sharing.
