Academic Advising

Students who are experiencing problems with their class or course work are encouraged to speak to their Instructor, Academic Director and/or make an appointment with the Academic Support Coordinator.

Faculty Advising
The Art Institute of York — Pennsylvania is committed to helping the students succeed in school. Each student that has below a 2.0 GPA is assigned a Faculty Advisor, who provides program support and assistance, if needed. Students are encouraged to contact their Advisor if they have questions about their program of study.

1st Quarter Advising
All first quarter students have the opportunity to meet with a representative from Student Affairs for 1st Quarter Advising sessions. During 1st quarter advising, students are encouraged to ask questions and given resources that help students get acquainted with the school.
