Ai Washington Alumnus Wins an Emmy®

On June 14, The National Capital Chesapeake Bay Chapter (NCCB) of The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) held its Emmy® Award ceremony in Bethesda, MD. Alumnus Wilfred Rodriguez took home an Emmy® for his part in a project about the FBI training in Quantico in the “Feature News Report/Serious Feature” category.

Rodriguez is a producer for Univision Washington and the company was nominated in seven categories and won five awards. He was nominated for a second category "Promotion-News Promo” for his News Promo project

Rodriguez earned a bachelor’s of fine arts degree in Digital Filmmaking and Video Production in 2014.
