A series of paintings by artist and student Joshua Madrid is on display at the Orange County John Wayne Airport from August 17 to September 18, 2017 as part of their Community Focus Space Program.
Madrid is currently working toward his Associate of Science in Web Design & Interactive Media degree at The Art Institute of California – Orange County, a campus of Argosy University. His works can be viewed on the airport’s upper Departure Level near security screening areas in Terminals A, B and C, and on the lower Arrival Level adjacent to Baggage Carousels 1 and 4.
“I want to express and explore the connection between the micro and macro world of the universe and man by art and design,” said Madrid, whose work also appears in numerous California galleries and in large-scale murals in his hometown of Newport Beach, California.
