Orange County Students Visit Focus Group Firm to See Consumers’ Responses to Advertising

Fieldwork Orange County, a research and focus group firm, recently hosted a group of students from The Art Institute of California—Orange County, a campus of Argosy University..
“We are so fortunate that we were able to get a top research and focus group firm to donate its facility so that the students could experience a real focus group,” said Bill O’Neill, faculty, The Art Institute of California—Orange County. “It’s one of the best ways to witness actual consumer behavioral responses to advertising.”
Students in O’Neill’s advertising class learn essential skills and persuasive techniques to impact the sales cycle. Their experience at Fieldwork Orange County allowed them to see how theories discussed in the classroom are practiced in the real world.
