Chicago Culinary Students Participate in Chicago Gourmet 2016

Recently, ten culinary students from The Illinois Institute of Art—Chicago worked alongside some of Chicago’s finest chefs during Chicago Gourmet. The, event, presented by Bon Appétit, was a celebration of food and wine showcasing more than 200 of Chicago’s restaurants and chefs, as well as hundreds of renowned vintners, spirit makers, and premium breweries from around the world.
Chicago Gourmet promotes the city’s food and wine community and was created by the Illinois Restaurant Association and the Anton Family Foundation to celebrate and honor both Chicago’s culinary achievements and the creative vision of the participating chefs, master sommeliers, restaurants, and wine makers.
