Recently, The Art Institute of California—Inland Empire, a campus of Argosy University, was presented a “Hines Green Office Award.” The award is given by Hines, the property management holder of the building where the school’s classrooms and offices are located.

Hines reviewed all of its office buildings nationwide and rated tenants on “green” activities including participating in the Hines recycling program, using energy efficient lights, and implementing other energy-saving methods such as lights that turn off in an empty room. Tenants that received over 70 points on a 100 point scale received a Green Office Award.

Amanda Duncan from Hines presented the award to Matthew Madrid, campus president. There was also a reception attended by team members, staff, faculty, and students.
