Inland Empire Campus Welcomes Wisconsin Cheese to School for Tasting

Recently, The Art Institute of California—Inland Empire, a campus of Argosy University, welcome Ms. Sara Hill from Wisconsin Cheese to campus. Ms. Hill hosted two cheese demonstrations and tastings for industry professionals and culinary students.
She also spoke about the process of making cheese, flavor profiles, what the qualities that make Wisconsin cheese unique. The cheese was paired with beers, and was presented in the same way that a wine pairing course would be. The event was hosted by Chef instructor Lee Van On.
