Orange County Student’s Photography Featured in OC Weekly’s EAT + DRINK Guide

Recently, the photography work of Rodney Richards was featured on 50,000 copies of OC Weekly’s EAT + DRINK guide. Richards is working toward at Bachelor of Science in Digital Photography from The Art Institute of California—Orange County, a campus of Argosy University.
In addition to Richards’ photography, the school’s student run restaurant, 5ifty Forks Bistro, and culinary instructor Chef Ian Beach and his class are pictured.
OC Weekly’s production team joined the school for a celebratory release lunch party that featured Richards. The dish on the magazine’s cover is Shrimp & Grits, which is on the 5ifty Forks menu this quarter.
