Raleigh-Durham Students and Faculty Judge Hot Sauce Contest

Recently, culinary students and faculty from The Art Institute of Raleigh-Durham, a campus of South University, served as judges in the 10th Annual North Carolina Hot Sauce Contest in Oxford, North Carolina.
The City of Oxford hosts more than 200 vendors at the event that sell, sample, and enter their special sauces in the contest. More than 15,000 visitors attend the event.
