Sacramento Campus to Host ProStart Testing Day - May 20

The Art Institute of California—Sacramento, a campus of Argosy University, will offer a ProStart Testing Day on Saturday, May 20, 2017. The ProStart Proficiency Exam will take place 10 am – 12 pm and the ServSafe® Exam will take place from 1 – 3 pm. The exams are presented at no charge to all high school students enrolled in the ProStart program. 

The school partners with California Restaurant Association for the ProStart program, which teaches high school students valuable skills that can prepare them for college education and careers in the culinary and hospitality management industries.

To participate in the day’s events, high school instructors or parents should contact Kathie Griley at 916-830-6323 or email to reserve your student’s spot with the following information on or before Friday, May 5, 2017:

• Student’s name
• Student’s email address and phone number (so we can communicate reminders) 
• Which exam/s the student will need be taking

The tests will be administered by qualified proctors at The Art Institute of California—Sacramento, 2850 Gateway Oaks Drive, Suite 100, Sacramento, CA 95833. Students should come prepared by taking the Practice Exam at 

Students will receive test results via the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation website 
for ProStart Exams and for the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Exam.
