The Art Institute of Atlanta Brings Flavor to the Taste of Atlanta 2016 - World-Renowned Chef Leslie "Mo" Porche-Smith Heats up the Kitchen on Sunday, October 23

Atlanta, GA, October 21, 2016 – The Art Institute of Atlanta is an Official Culinary Partner of the Taste of Atlanta 2016. Festivalgoers are in for a rare treat as they will get the chance to step into the kitchen with The Art Institute of Atlanta’s Chef Instructor Leslie Monique Porche-Smith.
With more than 3.4 million Pinterest followers, Chef Mo recently garnered the title of social media “key influencer.” The celebrity chef has appeared on the Food Network and authored and assisted twice on cookbook development for the National Cancer Institute and Morehouse School of Medicine.
Ai Atlanta invites food lovers of all ages to participate in The Kitchen Workshop on Sunday, October 23, 2016. The live cooking demonstration will begin at 4:15pm featuring hands- on cooking lessons from Chef Mo. Ai Atlanta chef instructors will also prepare delicious black-eyed peas and sautéed kale with smoked Gouda samples for guests on Saturday and Sunday.
The Taste of Atlanta has been described as the city's must-do food, wine, beer and cocktail festival. The three day event returns on October 21, 22 & 23, to Tech Square in Midtown Atlanta. The festival will spotlight dishes from more than 90 communities showcasing the diversity of Atlanta restaurants.
