The Art Institute of Dallas Partners with Dallas Farmers Market

Recently, The Art Institute of Dallas, a campus of South University, partnered with the Dallas Farmers Market for the monthly “Walkabout with a Chef” series. The series allows Dallas chefs to share their recipes while demonstrating how to shop at the farmers market for fresh ingredients. Chef instructor Steven Pilat from The Art Institute of Dallas was on hand to lead September’s event. He prepared a delicious pasta dish while highlighting some of the culinary skills taught at the International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Dallas.
