The Art Institutes Alumni Website Promotes Networking, Connecting with Creative Community
February 22, 2016
Art Institutes’ system of schools graduates—we have a newly updated website just for you. One that allows you to easily access creative, career, and networking resources. Your website, http://www.alumni.artinstitutes.edu/, is available at no cost only to alumni and students in their last quarter.
We’ve listened to your feedback and created a website that better supports your creativity—from (re)connecting with fellow classmates, to helping you discover graduates from all of our schools who are available to fill open positions within your company.
“The redesigned, mobile-friendly alumni website not only connects alumni with their alma mater, but it also provides career and professional development opportunities that promote lifelong learning. We encourage alumni to stay engaged with The Art Institutes and with one another through this new site,” said Paula Isham, AVP, Alumni Relations, The Art Institutes.
Once you register for the site, you’ll have access to an alumni directory and you’ll have access to online training courses that will keep your creative skills fresh and innovative.
In addition to building professional relationships with fellow alums, the new site contains career building resources including the Vault Career library providing career tools and guidebooks. There’s also a résumé building resource called Optimal Résumé, and job postings from across North America.
Webcasts and presentations from our insightful Career Services department staff will aid you as you move up into new and more challenging career roles.
Share Your Success
You’re looking to connect with others—and they’re looking for you! When you register for the site, you can share your accomplishments and life updates with other alums to stay connected with our growing creative community.
You can even upload samples of your work in your photo albums —the perfect way to network with alums for new positions in the industry.
“Our graduates are making an impact in the creative marketplace, and Alumni Relations provides them with a way to stay connected with their classmates at their convenience, from anywhere,” added Isham.
