Recently, The Illinois Institute of Art—Chicago hosted the ProStart Leadership Forum dinner. Over 60 people attended, including members of the National Restaurant Association, State Restaurant Association, and members of the school’s executive team including President Josh Pond, Chef David Hendricksen, and Brian Stanley. A five-course meal was prepared by Chef Chair Elizabeth Sweeney, a team of chef instructors, and students.
