Recently, culinary students at The International Culinary School at The Illinois Institute of Art—Chicago helped to prepare lunch for 400 residents at “A Safe Haven.” Students in Chef Michael Howe’s class participated with the school’s culinary staff to create a menu and prepare all of the food.
