Indianapolis Culinary Students Participate in Children’s Museum Fundraiser

Recently, a team of culinary students from The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Indianapolis served up samples for The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis’s biggest fundraiser of the year, “Museum by Midnight.” The students worked at the sold-out event alongside other locally famous restaurants.
Six students created the menu of flank steak and pickled red onions, curried chicken salad and herb pita, and cumin dusted shrimp with blueberry peach salsa.
