Philly’s Up-and-Coming Designers Hit the Catwalk for Annual Student Fashion Show

More than 35 of Philadelphia’s up-and-coming fashion designers will send their garments down the runway at The Art Institute of Philadelphia’s annual student fashion show. The show will feature more than 100 looks that represent a culmination of work from throughout the past year, including womenswear and menswear, from ready-to-wear to steampunk. Leah Delfiner, a 2010 grad with a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design, will be honored with an award at the fashion show. Delfiner participated in Macy’s Fashion Incubator program and is the owner and designer of children’s clothing line Pretty Pretty Rebel.
