PITTSBURGH, November 21 — The Art Institutes system of schools is pleased to partner with the James Beard House to prepare the James Beard Holiday Table , a six course Thanksgiving Day meal being held at the prestigious New York City restaurant.
A team of culinary instructors from The Art Institutes, led by Chef David Hendricksen, CCE, CCC, director of culinary programs at The Art Institutes, will be joined by six students that had competed for the opportunity to cook in the famed kitchens.
“The Art Institutes is honored to prepare and present the Thanksgiving meal at the James Beard House,” said Hendricksen. “It provides our students with a unique opportunity to demonstrate their skill and dedication to their craft and allows them to experience New York City in a way most others cannot.”
