Johnny Depierro Featured in Westword Story

(Denver, August 2015)   Chef Johnny Depierro, a 2006 graduate from The Art Institute of Colorado with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Culinary Arts, was featured in Westword about his new restaurant, Mijo. 

Chef Depierro is executive chef at Bones Restaurant at 701 Grant Street in Denver and recently opened a new restaurant, Mijo, in the Avanti Food Hall in Lower Highlands (LO/HI).
