Culinary Alum Helps to Open “The White Whale Room”

Dakin Cranwell recently opened “The White Whale Room” in a creative space located next to the Alameda Station light-rail platform at 415 South Cherokee Street in Denver. Cranwell, who in 2012 earned an Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts from The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Colorado, worked with two other partners to open the coffee shop and restaurant.
