Margaret Sanzo, who is working toward a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design at The Art Institute of Colorado, was invited by the Fashion Umbrella Foundation to present her designs as part of the New York Fashion Week, September 9, 2016.

The Fashion Umbrella Foundation is a grassroots organization that provides resources and educational opportunities to inner city youth. These opportunities engage youth in the Arts and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math), encouraging them to seek careers in the arts or as entrepreneurs or innovators.

The Art Institute of Colorado is one of The Art Institutes, a system of over 50 schools throughout North America. Programs, credential levels, technology, and scheduling options vary by school and are subject to change. Not all online programs are available to residents of all U.S. states. Several institutions included in The Art Institutes system are campuses of South University or Argosy University.
