You get that interior design exists in the crossroads where creativity meets planning and organization. You see that the small details matter just as much as the big ideas that unite them. And that most important of all is the power of interior design to improve how people work, live, and move within everyday spaces.
In our Interior Design schools, you can learn the technical and creative process, problem-solving, and critical thinking required to create functional, beautiful designs that meet demanding safety, accessibility, and sustainability requirements. It’ll take your full focus and commitment. In return, we’ll guide you in developing the skills you need for a career you’ll love.
Discover a creative community like no other. In our small, hands-on Interior Design courses, our faculty will work with you one-on-one, pushing you to achieve your very best. Drawing on their industry experience and education, our Interior Design instructors not only teach topics like building codes and space planning, but also how to analyze problems, ask the right questions, and design solutions that thoughtfully address people’s needs and lifestyles.
As you learn alongside classmates who share your passion and drive, you’ll form professional connections that can benefit you down the road. Outside the classroom, Student Affairs and Career Services teams can connect you with industry events and alumni from around the country.
From a supervised internship in the Interior Design field to a full course on creating a standout portfolio for your job search, preparing you for success is our top goal. On top of building your portfolio, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your presentation and teamwork skills, so that you can confidently present your work and collaborate with diverse teams and clients. By partnering with industry leaders, we continually refine our degree programs to prepare you not only to sit for interior design licensure exams, but also to equip you for the field’s most pressing challenges and needs.
Upon graduating, you’ll be ready to apply your knowledge of the design process to commercial, residential, hospitality, and institutional design across a wide variety of entry-level interior design roles.
