Ai Washington Student Jeffrey Bowie Shows Film at LA's Neo Noir Novel, Film, and Script Festival

Jeffrey Bowie, Jr. who is working toward a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Filmmaking & Video Production at The Art Institute of Washington, a branch of The Art Institute of Atlanta, recently showed his short film, “Minutes After Midnight,” at the Los Angeles Neo Noir Novel, Film, and Script Festival. Bowie aspires to be a writer/director and is influenced by filmmaker Quentin Tarantino.
“Minutes After Midnight” is about a mercenary for hire who seeks revenge against three female psychopaths and their enforcer, after they kill his best friend. The festival showing the film focuses on dark crime short films.
