What was the inspiration for your artwork?

My inspiration comes from many chefs such as Dan Barber, Enrique Olvera and Dominique Crenn. To me they have created a platform where I can truly appreciate not only the art of cooking but the ingredients themselves. Learning to match flavors and respecting all food.

Please explain what we are seeing in your pieces?

Lobster Poblano
. Lobster tail, poblano pepper, mushroom and a smoky pepper jack corn sauce. Garnished with cilantro leaves and lime supreme.
