I always tell people that I’m a writer, first and foremost. Jeffrey Bowie Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Filmmaking & Video Production, 2017 , The Art Institute of Washington, a branch of The Art Institute of Atlanta

What was the inspiration for your artwork?

This project was original scheduled to be included for Visually Wired 2016. I’ve always been a fan of black films, which is what influenced me to create "Minutes After Midnight," even though the film originally started out as a comedy about three employees getting stuck after hours in a grocery store.

Please explain what we are seeing in your pieces?

I always tell people that I’m a writer, first and foremost. My films tend to be very dialogue driven with anti hero or villain like characters in darkly comedic situations. I find anti heroes and villains very fascinating as characters when it comes to their backstories, so it’s a blast to always write them in my pieces.
