Atlanta Culinary Student Cooks at James Beard House

Tien Dung Tran, who is working toward a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts Management at The Art Institute of Atlanta, was one of six students selected to participate in the “James Beard Student Experience” at New York City’s James Beard House. Tran worked to prepare a multi-course Thanksgiving Day meal.
