Culinary school chairs interviewed for Sizzle Magazine
Culinary school chairs at The Art Institute of Atlanta and The Art Institute of Colorado were recently interviewed for the American Culinary Federation’s Sizzle Magazine. Sizzle, a publication for culinary students, included Chef James Paul and Chef Susan Ciriello for an article on “The Juggling Act” which talks about balancing classes, a job and personal responsibilities.
