Austin Students and Staff Volunteer for Celebration of Love

Recently, The Art Institute of Austin, a branch of The Art Institute of Houston, teamed up with Celebration of Love, a local nonprofit. The organization was celebrating its 10-year anniversary of serving our military families at Fort Hood. During the event, 400 children’s bikes two cars, 2,000 toys, and 1,500 Christmas dinners were donated to military families.

The school’s Culinary students helped with the event by making sliders and tacos for event attendees. Staff members also helped by handing out the food and assisting veteran families. Students also program assisted with capturing photos and video from the event.
