Students Compete in Gingerbread Competition

Students working toward an Associate of Applied Science in Baking & Pastry and a Baking & Pastry Diploma from The Art Institute of Austin, a branch of The Art Institute of Houston, recently competed in the Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa’s “Gingerbread Competition.” Julie Busch, culinary instructor, organizes the event each year.
