Students from The Art Institute of Austin Become Published Finalists

On March 13, 2018 three students from The Art Institute of Austin, a branch of The Art Institute of Houston, taught by faculty instructor Julie Andrada, were notified that they were finalists in the 38th Annual College & High School Photography Contest, which is held each September by Photographer’s Forum Magazine. All three students’ work will be featured under the finalist category and published both online and in a hardcover book titled "Best of College & High School Photography 2018." Current Digital Photography (Bachelor of Science) students Barbara FG, Tara McKey, and Nikoli Zoggas each submitted one photo, which was added to a pool of over 12,000 photographs from students all across the globe. Three judges from various colleges across the U.S. looked through each photo and chose winners, honorable mentions, and finalists from both groups. Congratulations to our finalists!
