SXSW not just about music, film and interactive

Culinary students from The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Austin, a branch of The Art Institute of Houston are showcasing their creativity and talent by throwing their culinary skills in the mix during this year’s SXSW conference. Students will be working with and hosting Los Angeles restaurateur and Food Network’s Chopped winner, Chef Phillip Lee at his tent for the duration of the conference. In addition, culinary students will be assisting in all the prep work and barbeque smoking with Chef Charles McKenna from Lilly’s Q of Chicago for a VIP event called Feedback hosted by Rachael Ray for the last three days of the conference.
