The Art Institute of Austin Opens On-Campus Veteran Center
April 10, 2015
The Art Institute of Austin, a branch of The Art Institute of Houston, recently inaugurated its Veteran Resource Center. The purpose of the center is to provide veterans with specialized services not only for VA benefits, but for all other benefits available to them in the state of Texas. The Veteran Center provides the student with one point of contact assisting them with their specific needs. “We are very proud to be able to provide a specialized area just for our veterans. We look forward to continuing to support our veteran students with specialized programs to help them in their educational career” says Monica Jeffs, campus president of The Art Institute of Austin.
