Culinary Director, Chef Liz Sweeney writes article for Chef Magazine

(Chicago, November 2015)  Culinary Director, Chef Sweeney, Culinary Director at The Illinois Institute of Art – Chicago has written an article about special diets for the latest issue of Chef Magazine.   Her article is entitled:  “Special Diets:  With an increase in health-conscious and food allergy-treated consumers, chefs are more mindful in the kitchen”.
