Chicago Culinary students attend James Beard Foundation Brunch

Students studying at The International Culinary School at The Illinois Institute of Art—Chicago were recently invited to attend a private brunch to celebrate the 2016 James Beard Foundation Awards. Faculty joined the students for brunch and all participated in a panel discussion co-moderated by Chef Rick Bayless from the PBS series “Mexico: One Plate at a Time” and local food journalist Steve Dolinsky of ABC 7.
