Università dei Sapori, The Art Institutes system of schools’ partner school in Italy, has developed a culinary contest in partnership with Urbani Tartufi, the world leader in truffle products, that invites Art Institutes students to create their best truffle recipes for the opportunity to participate in an immersive culinary experience in Italy. The competition is open to all culinary students from The Art Institutes and Università dei Sapori’s other partner culinary school, Kendall College in Chicago. The competition challenges teams of two students to create the best original dishes based on truffle, including a Chef's tasting and a main course. Truffle products will be provided by Urbani USA to allow students to practice their dishes.
